The program follows the participating celebrities who are coupled as husband and wife as they portray the lives of newly weds. The Petite Couple were originally only slated to appear on the Chuseok Special of Season II that aired on 3rd of October, 2009 yet due to high ratings the couple brought, they were announced to be a permanent couple.
